BOOST CAMP of Sonoma County is a program founded by two moms who took their daughters, diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, a long distance to attend a program called CONDUCTIVE EDUCATION and saw them walk on their own two feet for the first time. CONDUCTIVE EDUCATION (CE) is a system of teaching and learning that enables children with motor disabilities to function more independently and empowers them to find solutions to daily living situations.
